First, here’s a rough rubric of how we work with you.

  1. Initial Meeting

  4. Explanation of our services, costs, and process walkthroughs
  5. Carefully perform all labor tasks (the actual installation work)
  6. Final Walkthrough (making sure you got everything you expected)

We make this a very hands-on, information-sharing process from the initial meeting all the way through the final walkthrough.

Unlike other companies, we’re not trying to close a deal with you on the first day. Instead, our first appointment typically involves touring your home, seeing what you like about it, and determining where you either want/need improvements. So, you would show us things like leaky windows, siding that’s getting old or falling apart, as well as your dreams and aspirations for beautifying your home.

After that, we use 3D imaging technology to map out your home for all its details, and we ask you to give us more ideas about home designs you like. It’s helpful to point out neighborhood houses you admire or to look over pictures of design preferences.

Next, we have a second meeting with you (over Zoom or in-person) and review the 3D imaging results. Then we go through estimates and costs, including a step-by-step explanation of what the crew will do, how long it takes, and describe all the crew-site details.

The final stages involve going through every line item on the estimate, doing all the construction, and then conducting a final walkthrough. We take the estimate very seriously because we do not want you to feel confused as you begin a new project.

3D Imaging and Thorough Analysis of Your Home

You might be wondering what we mean by that 3D imaging step. This is a really fun part of the job because it allows us to use cutting-edge technology to plot every millimeter of your home to determine how to do the most precise work. It allows us the chance to nail down every detail perfectly.

3D imaging gives us exact measurements, shows us every opening, how much siding you’ll need, and even how much roof/fascia is necessary. This information is the foundation for giving you the most specific estimate possible.
