After talking with a few other companies, I’m so happy I hired Dave from All Star Products for my exterior makeover. Right from the beginning, he was so friendly, informative, and always very responsive to the many questions I had during the process. His crew was amazing. They were here each day on time and worked so hard. Dave checked in daily and made the whole process super easy and stress-free. I am thrilled with the results! Dave and crew did a great job on our window replacement project. Dave was very thorough with his proposal and there was no pressure to sell his product. Highly recommended! Superb service and product at reasonable prices. We really couldn't have asked for anything more on our window replacements. They check all of the important boxes for selection of a company, including honesty, dependability, flexibility, and being highly pleasant to work with. I don't like winter very much--but I (almost) can't wait for the cold temperatures just so I can enjoy the warmth in our house due to these excellent windows.

I had several estimates for a new entry and patio door. Dave was the sole reason i went with them. His knowledge and expertise was so incredible (on top of how reasonable the price was) we knew we were going with All Star by the time he left our house. The installation was smooth and his guys were great. Explained to us all the bells and whistles and ins and outs with the doors. I cannot recommend enough!

Dave and his crew are great to work with and they transformed the look and feel of our house, which we love. No sales pressure, ideas were presented for “little” improvements, the crew was on time and their work was wonderful. Dave even helped us with issues with 2 or our window sashes that had broken seals, we had not bought the windows from them. I’d highly recommend All Star Products. We were very happy with All Star last year when they installed new windows and patio door at our place. The product came on time and they installed it all as promised. A year later we had a problem when the mesh door came loose thanks to our cat. Dave and his teammate came over the same day I called, and quickly fixed the door back, and also fixed another piece that had come off. And they didn’t even charge for that service! We were extremely grateful that they took care of this so quickly, and the awesome service they provided at no cost. We highly recommend All Star.

Great company with a highly engaged owner who constantly strives for complete customer satisfaction. We decided that we needed to completely replace our exterior, and update the look of our house at the same time.Dave Donofrio the owner supported us from the design, to the renderings, through scheduling, and completion. He came out to our job site every evening, and viewed the progress of the job himself. He personally followed up on every question and issue to our satisfaction. His crew was polite and professional, and they took pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend All Star Siding and Windows to anyone who is looking for a new James Hardie exterior.

All Star did a great job with our windows and siding several years ago. We have had zero issues with the windows, and everything still looks and performs great. They gave us a better price on identical windows to one of the big guys, and still came in more than $10K cheaper.On top of that, we are currently have work done in our house, and we needed to match the window casing that we used 4 years ago. I called them, texted a pic to the service department, and within 20 minutes I got a call back telling me what the casing was and where to buy it. Incredible service, and I wanted to go out of my way to recommend them.

Dave at All Star is fantastic to work with. We had two sets of casement windows installed by All Star back in 2009. After 14 years, the windows still open/close well, and they look great. One seal failed over that extended period of time (window manufacturer issue - not All Star’s fault), and All Star replaced it per their lifetime warranty! Great service.

Met with Dave and he was super helpful and polite upon initial meeting. I had several other contractors come out and walk thru my house with their shoes on, being really pushy. Dave came over took off his shoes, and was honest, not pushy and genuinely cared to help.He walked me thru the entire process of what to expect, his crew came out, timely, professional and did everything that was advertised.I like knowing that at anytime I can call Dave to get a hold of him and he’s willing to help. Our older windows were more than 30 years old and in desperate need of replacement. My wife and I contacted 4 different companies and we were most impressed with Dave and All Star. He and his team were professional, reasonably priced (not the cheapest but why would you want low quality windows?), punctual, and the work done was top notch. Dave made sure to personally check the work and then come back for a follow-up to make sure our family was happy. I'd also like to note that two of our friends had previously used All Star for their windows and highly recommended them to us. Anyone looking for a great product at a competitive price and outstanding service should look no further.

Dave and the All Star Team did a great job helping me pick the right windows. The installation was first class and the installers were very detailed about all the work they did. When we did the final walkthrough, the contractors were very accommodating in addressing any issues I had. They also vacuumed the house and put drop cloths wherever they worked. We have a vintage home; almost 100 years old so design and installation were critical factors for us to consider when selecting a window replacement company. Our neighbors across the street recommended All Star Products and after meeting Sales Rep and the owner of the company we were convinced they were the right company for this major job. The windows arrived quickly as ordered and the installation team was friendly, considerate while in and outside of our home and always professional. They completed the job earlier than promised and made every effort to leave the site even better than it was before. The follow up and customer service throughout was second to none and the best installation team we’ve ever worked with ( and everyone worked with a lot of house repair/ upgrade teams with this home. Needed 7 windows updated/replaced. I called three other window installers and their prices were 2x the amount if not 3x the amount of all star products. The customer service and the quick response was impressive. They were very candid and transparent with the pros and cons and various types of windows. When the windows were installed, I was out of town and they had a quick response when I needed them to come back & answer questions regarding the installation/cleaning of the windows. Very friendly, very professional. I highly recommend them!

We needed several windows and a sliding door replaced in our home. The remaining windows that didn’t need replacement had been done by All Star Products in the past. So, I gave Max, longtime Owner a call and he came out to measure, in order to provide what was a fair, reasonable and detailed estimate. He was very pleasant, honest, interesting to speak with, did not pressure us, and was full of useful knowledge. The two installers were very nice, accommodating, efficient, hard working, and did an excellent job with the window and door installations, as well as the clean vinyl trim and the clean-up! David, a Managing Partner, was friendly and had notified me that the team would be able to do the installation a month earlier than expected, which was a welcomed surprise. He also came by at the end of the project to ensure that we were happy, answer any questions, share useful tips, and to inspect a job well done. The windows and doors are made of high quality materials that are built to last and energy efficient. The team pays attention to detail, such as using the best caulk, which does make a big difference. Look no further than this great group at All Star Products - the value, service, quality and overall experience from start to finish doesn’t get any better than this!

The order period was as expected during this Covid economy and the installation was very professional, fast and complete, including caulking, capping and cleanup. Max (owner) and his installation team are very professional and our window replacement project went very smoothly. The team protected our floors and carpeting. They cleaned up the debris from the work. Immediately after the windows have been replaced I'm very satisfied with their quality of work and the windows. This is the second house which I've put in the Alside Mezzo windows. The window quality was great after 6 years at the first house so I have great expectations for these windows.
